Deleting your account is a straightforward process. By following the steps below, you can ensure that your account and all associated data are completely removed from our servers.

Steps to Delete Your FoodieApp Account:

  1. Open the FoodieApp: Start by launching the FoodieApp on your device.
  2. Access ‘Other Stuffs’: On the FoodieApp, tap the “other stuffs” button located at the bottom right corner of your screen.
  3. Profile Page Actions: Once on your profile page, press and hold the button featuring a garbage bin. This action will direct you to the ‘Delete Account’ view.
  4. Authenticate Your Decision: In the ‘Delete Account’ view, you will see two options: “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple”. Choose the appropriate option based on your account setup. This step is crucial for verifying your identity and ensures that no one else can delete your account without your consent.
  5. Follow the Authentication Flow: Complete the authentication process as directed. This may involve entering your password or using biometric authentication, depending on your device’s setup and security settings.
  6. Confirmation: After successfully authenticating, your account, along with all the data we store about you, will be permanently deleted.
